1. Overview
Viprasol Tech ("we", "us") is committed to fair and transparent billing. This policy outlines your rights regarding refunds for ViperAgents one-time setup payments processed via Razorpay.
2. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@viprasol.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have full access to the platform until that date.
- We do not charge any cancellation fees.
- After cancellation, your data is retained for 7 days before deletion, giving you time to export anything you need.
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 New Subscriptions β 7-Day Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with ViperAgents, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. No questions asked. To claim, email us at support@viprasol.com with your account email and order ID.
3.2 Renewal Payments
ViperAgents is a one-time setup fee. There are no renewals, recurring charges, or subscription fees.
3.3 Service Outages
If our platform experiences a verified outage exceeding 24 continuous hours, we will provide a pro-rata credit or refund for the affected period upon request.
3.4 Duplicate Payments
If you are charged twice for the same subscription period, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full within 5 business days upon verification.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The 7-day window has passed for first-time subscriptions
- The setup has been fully delivered and accepted
- Your account was suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- You have consumed a significant portion of AI tokens or API usage in the period
- Refund has already been provided for a previous billing period
5. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@viprasol.com with:
- Subject: Refund Request β [your email]
- Your registered account email
- Razorpay Order ID or payment reference
- Reason for the refund (optional but helps us improve)
- We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and process eligible refunds within 5β7 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Razorpay processing timelines (typically 5β7 banking days) may apply.
6. Payment Disputes
If you believe an unauthorised charge has been made, please contact us immediately before raising a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We will investigate and resolve genuine errors promptly. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
